Li Lian started her accounting career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, Singapore (predecessor firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) from 1990 to 1992. She then moved on to a commercial retail firm whose parent company is in Hong Kong. In 2002, she took on the role of General Manager in charge of the entire business operation in Singapore, reporting to the head office. She was responsible for the smooth operation of back-end office support such as warehousing, administration, HR, finance, and IT as well as front-end retail operations, which include sales, merchandising and marketing activities.
Li Lian joined AccountStaff as a senior manager in September 2006 and was promoted to Director in October 2008. She manages all business unit operations in Singapore and Hangzhou, and is responsible for business development, sales & marketing, staff learning & development, as well as client servicing & management.
